In this Wine 101 class, we will learning about reading labels, regulations and a general understanding of French wine in America. This class will be taught by our sommelier, Jacob Daugherty.
Jacob Daugherty is our wine director and in-house sommelier. He has been the head sommelier at multiple Michelin starred restaurants, including a two star. He worked as a sommelier for 12 years and worked vineyards in Europe. He knows French wine regions like the back of his hand and is a real wine geek.
