In this class we will focus on red wines in the region of Burgundy but also touching on the Loire Valley, Alsace, Savoie, and the Jura. We will learn about the classification system and what to look for on a label and wine list. This class will be lead by our sommelier, Jacob Daugherty.
Jacob Daugherty is our wine director and in house sommelier. He has been the head sommelier at multiple Michelin starred restaurants, including a two star. He worked as a sommelier for 12 years and worked vineyards in Europe. He knows French wine regions like the back of his hand and is a real wine geek.
